🚗 Parking Rules & Regulations at Location: 2680 / 2688 Shell Road

To ensure safety, accessibility, and fairness for all residents and guests, the following parking policies are strictly enforced:

• Designated Use: Parking facilities are reserved exclusively for tenants and their visitors.
• Tenant Parking: Tenants must park only in their assigned stalls. Use of visitor stalls is strictly prohibited.
• Visitor Parking: Visitors must  use designated visitor stalls and clearly display the unit number they are visiting on the vehicle dashboard.
• Time Limit: Visitor parking is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Loading Zones: These areas are for active loading/unloading only, or for temporary parking not exceeding 30 minutes.
• Vehicle Compliance: All vehicles must be insured. Uninsured vehicles will be subject to immediate removal.

🔒 Enforcement Policy

Parking regulations are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Any vehicle found in violation of these rules will be towed immediately at the owner's expense.

We kindly recommend that guests park along Shell Road.
