Please download the MSBCA Membership Application Form. It is a PDF fillable form. Save it to your device before filling up the form.
Once completed, please return the form by email to msbcahq@gmail.com as an attachment.
Payment by e-transfer is preferred. You can also mail in your payment.

What If I Just Wanted To Renew My Membership?
The process and form is the same for both new membership joins and for renewals.

Why Does MSBCA Charge Membership Fees?
MSBCA needs membership fees to keep the association running. As a nonprofit, we use these fees to pay for basic costs like renting venues, buying supplies, insurance, and organizing cultural events.
We don’t make profit or rely on big sponsors, so membership fees give us the steady support.
